1. Enterprise Service Agreement
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") and Terms of Service govern your use of Auralis Tech's hardware and digital diagnostic software. By initiating a procurement order, you agree to these corporate terms in full.
2. Hardware Licensing & Deployment
All physical hardware is distributed under official partner licenses. Auralis Tech reserves the right to verify the corporate identity of the purchasing entity before freight dispatch. Digital diagnostic PINs are single-use and bound to the purchasing hardware signature.
3. Enterprise Allocations
For B2B clients utilizing our custom workspace allocation and remote diagnostic tools, billing is processed immediately upon invoice authorization. These are classified as strictly non-transferable digital goods.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation before any litigation is initiated.
